What a WhatsApp API provider does
Meta gives businesses the WhatsApp Business API. It does not give them a screen to use it. A provider builds that screen.
A provider does four jobs:
- Creates your WhatsApp Business Account with Meta and connects your number.
- Gives you an inbox, campaigns, templates and reports in a browser.
- Gets your message templates approved by Meta.
- Answers the phone when something breaks.
The API itself is the same for everyone. What you are choosing is the screen, the setup and the support.

BSP, reseller, or bulk tool — which one are you talking to?
A BSP (Business Solution Provider) is registered with Meta. It connects businesses to the official API directly. Instacode.in is a Meta-registered BSP.
A reseller uses a BSP's platform and puts its own name on it. That can be fine. Ask who the BSP behind them is, and who you call when a template is stuck.
A bulk tool is not on the API at all. It runs a normal WhatsApp account with a script. It is cheap, it is fast, and it ends with a banned number. If a "provider" does not ask for your Facebook Business Manager, it is a bulk tool.
Seven questions to ask before you pay
- Is there a setup fee? Some charge a large amount to create the account. We do not.
- Is there a contract? A yearly lock-in means you cannot leave when the inbox does not fit. Ours is monthly.
- Whose WhatsApp Business Account is it? It should be yours, in your Business Manager. If you leave, the number leaves with you.
- Are there charges beyond the plan? Ask for a plain answer. We walk any usage-based charges through on WhatsApp before you start, so nothing surprises you on an invoice.
- Who answers when a template is rejected? A ticket queue, or a person with a phone number?
- Do they promise unlimited messages or a guaranteed green tick? If yes, walk away. Meta's rules apply to every provider.
- Can your own software send through it? Ask about API access and webhooks, even if you do not need them today.
A provider that answers all seven in one call is a provider you can work with.
What Instacode.in does as a provider
We are an Indore company and a Meta-registered BSP. We set up your account, connect your number, write and submit your first templates, and hand you a working inbox. Most businesses send their first campaign within two working days.
Every plan has bulk campaigns, a team inbox, message templates and contact import. Growth adds the auto-reply bot, agent handoff and contact lists. Pro adds chat flows, API access, webhooks and a large media library.
Support is a phone number that reaches a person. For Indore businesses we come to your office. For everyone else, WhatsApp and calls.
We also build online stores and business websites. If your store should send WhatsApp order updates on its own, the API connection is part of that build.
What we do not do
Clear is better than clever, so here is the list. The platform does not include an AI chatbot — the bot runs on rules you write. It does not guarantee the green tick — we prepare the application, Meta decides. It does not send SMS. It does not include a built-in CRM. It does not have one-click Shopify or CRM connectors — your developer connects through the API and webhooks. It cannot transfer chat history from the phone app.
It does not send unlimited messages, and neither does anyone honest. Meta's messaging tiers and quality rating govern every number on every provider. We also do not run a free trial; you pay for the first month, and you owe nothing after it if it did not fit.
