Three plans, one monthly price
Instacode.in gives you the official WhatsApp Business API in three plans:
- Starter — ₹790 per month
- Growth — ₹990 per month (most businesses pick this)
- Pro — ₹1,290 per month
The price you see is the price you pay every month. No setup fee. No yearly contract. You can stop any time.
All three plans run on Meta's official Cloud API. Your business gets its own verified number and business name. The plans differ only in which features are switched on.

The live feature table is on the plans page. Our admin team updates it, so treat it as the final word.
What every plan includes
Some things are the base of the platform. Every plan has them:
- Bulk campaigns — send an approved message to thousands of contacts at once. See how many were sent, delivered and read.
- Team inbox — your whole team replies from one number, in a browser.
- Message templates — write them, send them to Meta for approval, reuse them.
- Contact import — upload a CSV or Excel file with your customer list.
At the time of writing, Starter also has API access, the open-chats page (which numbers you can reply to for free right now), template media upload, and click-to-call.
That is enough for a business that wants broadcasts and a team to reply.
What Growth and Pro add
Growth adds automation:
- Auto-reply bot — welcome message, keyword replies, away message after hours
- Agent handoff — customer types "talk to agent" and reaches a person
- Contact lists — Clients, Enquiries, Dealers. Send a campaign to one list only
- Voice notes, manual mark-as-read, and sending one template to one contact
Pro adds scale and integration:
- Chat flows — button menus that collect details from an ad lead
- Webhooks — send events (message received, delivered, read) to your own software
- Media library up to 200 MB
- Marketing cooldown and skip-open-window — protects your number's quality rating
Simple rule: one or two people replying — Starter. A team and after-hours enquiries — Growth. Ads, a developer, thousands of messages a week — Pro.
Why there is no setup fee
Other providers charge a setup fee for creating your WhatsApp Business Account, verifying the number and getting templates approved.
We do that work too. We just do not bill it separately. A business that pays a big amount upfront and then finds the platform does not fit is a bad deal for everyone.
Same with contracts. You pay monthly. You stay because your team uses the inbox every day, not because a contract says so.
So the risk of trying the API is one month's fee. That is less than what most businesses lose when an unofficial bulk tool gets their number banned.
What the monthly fee does not cover
Clear is better than cheap. The plan is the platform. It does not include:
- A phone number. You bring one that is not on the WhatsApp app, or one you are ready to move.
- Your ad spend, if you run click-to-WhatsApp ads.
- Any usage-based charges. We walk you through these on WhatsApp before you start. Nothing surprises you on an invoice.
Some things people assume are also not included. The platform does not include an AI chatbot — the bot follows rules you set. It does not guarantee the green tick; Meta decides that, we help you apply. It does not send SMS. It does not include a built-in CRM.
There is no free trial. The first month, at the plan price, is the trial. No obligation to continue.
Why pay when the app is free?
The WhatsApp Business app is free because it is one phone and one person. Its broadcast list has a hard limit.
The API is for a business that has grown past that. Several people on one number. Messages to thousands. A bot that answers at midnight. A website that sends order updates by itself.

Compare the fee with the cost of a second staff member answering the same fifty questions. Or with the number you lose in the middle of a Diwali campaign. The monthly fee is small.

How to start
Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us which plan you are thinking of and what you send today — offers, order updates, support replies. We will tell you plainly if a cheaper plan is enough.
To go live we need three things: a number not on the WhatsApp app, access to your Facebook Business Manager, and your business details. Most businesses send their first campaign within two days.
