One number, three languages

On the free app, language is whatever the person holding the phone types. On the API, the important messages are templates — and Meta lets you create the same template in more than one language.

So an order update, a fee reminder or a Diwali offer can exist in Telugu, Urdu or Hindi, and English. Your team or your software picks the right one for each customer. The customer reads the message in the language they actually think in.

Tag contacts by language when you import them. It takes one extra column in the spreadsheet, and it is the single most useful thing a Hyderabad business can do on the API.

Institutes: the enquiry that went cold in March

Ameerpet runs on enquiries. A student asks about a course in March, does not join, and is forgotten by May. The next batch starts in July and nobody tells them.

Import every past enquiry who agreed to hear from you. Put them in lists by course. When a batch opens, one campaign reaches every list that matters, with read counts to show who is still interested.

The auto-reply bot on Growth answers fees, timings and branch address at midnight, when students actually ask. "Talk to counsellor" moves the chat to a person, with the course already noted.

Hospitals: reminders that reduce no-shows

A missed appointment is an empty slot and a patient who is still unwell. A reminder the day before, in the patient's language, with the doctor's name and the time, fixes a large share of no-shows.

On Pro, the hospital's own appointment software sends these through the API. When the patient replies "reschedule", the webhook sends that back so the front desk can call.

Keep medical details out of WhatsApp templates. "Your report is ready, please collect or log in" is right. The result itself is not.

What the platform does not include

It does not translate your messages — you or we write each language version, and Meta approves each one. The bot answers only what it was told; it is not AI. There is no SMS, no built-in CRM, and no payment collection inside WhatsApp.

The verified badge is Meta's decision; we submit the request when you qualify. And every business in Hyderabad sends within Meta's tiers and quality rating; the platform does not send unlimited messages.
