• Product photography sessions. We can look at your actual products and tell you what will photograph badly before you shoot 200 SKUs.
• Catalogue handover. Handing over a pen drive of images takes an afternoon instead of three days of uploads over a patchy connection.
• Training your staff. Sitting with the person who will actually run the admin panel beats a video call, especially if they are not comfortable in English.
• Razorpay and GST paperwork. Onboarding gets rejected for small documentation mistakes surprisingly often. It is faster to sort out in person.

Shipping out of Indore

Indore sits in a useful spot. Being in central India means parcels reach both Mumbai and Delhi in a comparable window, and the Pithampur industrial belt nearby keeps courier pickup frequency high.

On Pro and Elite plans the store pushes orders into Shiprocket or Nimbus automatically the moment they are placed. Pickup location is assigned, the AWB comes back, and tracking status syncs without anyone opening a courier dashboard. Your customer gets a tracking page on your own domain.

For food products — which in Indore means a lot of businesses — package dimensions get set at store level so shipping is calculated on real volumetric weight rather than a guess. Getting this wrong is the most common way a namkeen seller ends up losing money on shipping without noticing for months.

What it costs

Plans are one-time. Starter covers a complete working store with Razorpay, COD, GST invoicing and the admin panel. Pro adds courier automation, Partial COD, abandoned-cart recovery, customer reviews and Meta Pixel. Elite adds server-side Meta CAPI, WhatsApp order automation, advanced analytics and multi-store admin.

On top of the plan you pay hosting (~₹500–800 a month) and a domain (~₹800 a year) directly to those providers. We do not mark them up and we do not resell them.

For most first-time Indore sellers, Starter is the right beginning. Move to Pro when order volume makes manual courier entry annoying — usually somewhere north of ten orders a day.
