What "one-time" actually means
This is the part most people want pinned down before anything else, so let us be exact about it.
The plan price is a setup fee, paid once. After that, the only money leaving your account goes to third parties, not to us:
- Hosting — roughly ₹500–800 a month, paid directly to the hosting provider.
- Domain — roughly ₹800 a year, paid directly to the registrar.
- Payment gateway fees — Razorpay's standard percentage per transaction, paid to Razorpay.
- Courier charges — whatever Shiprocket or your courier bills you per shipment.
We add zero markup on any of those. You hold the accounts, you see the invoices. If you ever decide to stop working with us, the store keeps running because nothing is tied to our infrastructure.
Compare that to a subscription platform: a ₹2,000/month plan is ₹24,000 a year, every year, forever, and you still do not own the code. That is the whole argument for building it once and owning it.
What is in the box
Every store, on every plan, ships with these:
- Unlimited products and categories with a multi-image gallery, and basic colour/size variants.
- Razorpay checkout covering UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets.
- Cash on Delivery with store-level control over when it is offered.
- CA-ready GST invoices as Amazon-style PDFs, with CGST/SGST and IGST worked out automatically based on the delivery state.
- Stock management that decrements on order and handles out-of-stock states properly.
- A coupon and discount engine, plus threshold-based shipping rules.
- An admin dashboard for products, orders and customers, built to be used by someone who is not technical.
- Policy pages — privacy, refund, return, shipping — because payment gateways ask for them during onboarding.
Higher plans add courier automation, Partial COD, abandoned-cart recovery, reviews, Meta Pixel, and on Elite, server-side Meta CAPI and WhatsApp automation.
How the build actually runs
Three to five working days is the normal turnaround once we have your catalogue. Here is what those days look like.
Day 0 — the conversation
We ask what you sell, roughly how many SKUs, whether you already ship anywhere, and whether you have GST registration. That last one matters: GST status changes how invoicing is configured from the start.
Day 1 — assets and accounts
You send product photos, names, prices and categories. In parallel you create your own Razorpay and Shiprocket accounts. We deliberately do not create these under our name — they should belong to you.
Days 2–4 — build and load
Theme, branding, catalogue load, payment and courier configuration, GST rates, shipping rules, policy pages. You get a staging link and can watch it fill up.
Day 5 — test orders and go live
We place real test orders end to end: prepaid, COD, an invoice download, a courier push, a cancellation. Once those pass, the domain points at the store.
After launch
Support runs 30 to 90 days depending on plan. That covers fixes and configuration help, not unlimited new feature development.
Two Indian problems most platforms handle badly
COD returns eating your margin
Cash on Delivery still drives a large share of Indian ecommerce orders, and it comes with a return-to-origin problem. A customer orders on impulse, changes their mind, refuses the parcel, and you pay shipping both ways on a sale that never happened.
Two features in the platform attack this directly. Partial COD collects a small advance online at checkout and the balance on delivery — someone who has paid even ₹99 upfront is far less likely to refuse the parcel. PIN code state detection flags addresses in areas with poor delivery outcomes before you dispatch.
GST invoicing that your CA will not send back
Selling across state lines means IGST; selling within your state means CGST plus SGST. Different products can carry different rates. Getting this wrong creates a filing problem months later.
The platform works it out from the delivery address, applies per-product GST rates, keeps an FY-wise invoice series with an editable start number, and exports an Excel GST register at the end of the period.
Who this is a poor fit for
Being straight about this saves everyone time.
- You want a multi-vendor marketplace where outside sellers register and list their own products. We do not build that.
- You want a store in Hindi or a regional language. Not supported today.
- You want subscription or recurring billing for your customers. Not supported today.
- You have never sold the product anywhere. A website does not create demand. If you have not sold at least a few units — through a shop, WhatsApp, Instagram, a marketplace — validate that first.
- You expect traffic to arrive by itself. A new store gets no visitors on day one. Budget for ads, or bring an existing audience.
Where we work from
Our studio is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh — Prem Plaza, 306, Bhawarkua Main Road. Clients in Indore are welcome to come in and sit through a walkthrough.
For the rest of India, the work runs remotely: WhatsApp and calls for everything from catalogue questions to post-launch support. We have delivered to clients across India and overseas this way. In practice the process is identical — the only thing Indore clients get extra is the option of a face-to-face meeting.
